I’m Lori (the one in glasses). I edited cookbooks for years at America’s Test Kitchen, where I worked with some of the best editors and cooks in the business—and ate a lot of amazing food. I was there a long time (more than 10 years!) and know cookbooks and the business of book publishing inside out. Now I’m a literary agent alongside the incredibly talented team at Zachary Shuster Harmsworth.
